In light of Echo360 and TurningPoint ceasing rentals of their electronic voting products, we’d like to welcome former users to the Meridia family! We’ve been helping businesses, small governments, and organizations of all kinds improve and accelerate their legislative voting sessions since 1970. Give us a call or request a quote and take advantage of our years of experience, cutting-edge technology, and custom development.
What Makes Us Different?
Our voting devices fit your needs whether voting on a multiple-choice quiz, “Aye/Nay” motions or resolutions, or choosing from a list of candidates.
You can purchase your system outright; no subscription is required other than an optional Maintenance Plan that kicks in after your first year of owning the system.
Our receivers have an extended operating range of 400-600 feet and with optional RF equipment, the ability to extend even beyond that, or be installed in multiple rooms.
We offer a familiar PowerPoint plugin, but we also have standalone team games that are modeled after the TV favorites like Jeopardy and Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?
But it doesn’t stop there! Our Professional Electronic Voting Platform for Business Meetings, TownVOTE, makes any type of business meeting, election, or voting session faster, more accurate, and more secure.

Security is paramount. Our voting systems have been vetted by the US House of Representatives (USHR) to be used in their Committee markup sessions, and in the US Navy to elect their leaders.
Accuracy and speed are crucial. USHR saves an average of six to eight hours of voting and gets the markup votes done in 45 minutes.
“The use of an electronic voting system helps us process the full markup votes among the 50+ members — accurately — in less than two minutes. By comparison, it used to take us 10 minutes to vote on a single item.”
-– Nancy Locke, Chief Clerk at Committee on Natural Resources

We also serve over 90 communities in New England where hundreds vote with their hearts and minds in anonymous Town Meeting government sessions. Towns traditionally used voice, paper, and hand votes in their open and representative government meetings, however in today’s modern town meetings, many communities are quickly adopting electronic voting technology to count votes quickly and accurately.

“Using Meridia’s Electronic Voting System has been a great experience for the Town since we incorporated electronic voting at the Town of Longmeadow Town Meetings in 2022. The system makes our meetings much more efficient by eliminating delays and streamlining the voting process. Results are recorded instantly, which not only saves time but also provides clear, accurate outcomes that everyone can see right away.
-Michael Barbieri, Longmeadow (Owner of a 1,000 keypad system)
