Rules & Limitations

The free voting system consist of:

  • up to 20 EZ-VOTE 5 voting keypads
  • 1 USB receiver
  • carrying case
  • shipping
  • Windows desktop software
  • up to 20 mobile/remote participants

The Maintenance Plan includes:

  • Continuous software updates
  • Security updates
  • Live technical support
  • Live training

The voting system is free and you can keep it forever; the Maintenance Plan expires after the first year and costs $495/year after that.
