Human resource managers and training supervisors can add employees and associate audience response clickers with each individual. Once an employee is in our system, their educational progress is documented and tracked throughout their tenure.
As staff leaves, changes departments or new staff is hired, CloudVOTE: Participate keeps track of those changes, too.
Create
CloudVOTE allows organizations to create and manage their interactive safety compliance training content centrally, online. Course work is created and modified in PowerPoint and can include interactive multiple-choice questions (with single, or multiple answers), ranking and open-ended texting questions.
Once uploaded, all coursework becomes a read-only template, protecting the content from unauthorized modification to ensure single source of compliance training materials.

CloudVOTE includes an easy-to-use, desktop interactive presentation software that allows the trainer to sync the content from the cloud to the local machine, so that they can administer the interactive safety compliance surveys and test anywhere.
With or without the internet connection, CloudVOTE is capable of connecting participants with dedicated audience response clickers. If internet is available, web participants can join with their own smartphones and tablets, providing a true BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) audience response solution.
Report
CloudVOTE provides a variety of local and web-based reports that are immediately available following any polling session. Reports can be generated based on a single session or aggregated across your entire site over time.
Our reporting engine lets you visualize your data in multiple formats, which can also be exported to use with your own CMS (Content Management System).
